Graphic Artist for Real Estate Team

IMMEDIATE NEED!

I am looking for someone who has a great eye for design. Someone who is efficient in creating social media posts, flyers and brochures, presentations, images and graphs, infographics etc. Someone who is creative and can stay in brand. QUICK 24 HR TURNAROUND IS OFTEN NEEDED. I need someone who is positive and willing to work hard. Efficiency is key and your ability to communicate promptly. I am looking for about 10 hrs per week, but may give more if you prove your work is fantastic.

Would be great but not necessary for someone who understands social media marketing, funneling and strategy. I need someone who is proficient in instagram, facebook, twitter, and linkedin and who can manage our website design and backend work.
