"Inside Sales" and Customer Service Support

Looking for an energetic person with good computer skills and excellent English language skills. Since this person may have day to day interaction with our clients, the ability to speak English with minimal accent will be a strong consideration in this position. This person will be supporting the sales team of a company with locations in the United States and India. The person will support the management and processing of new orders and facilitate the management of existing orders. Successful candidates will get an opportunity to support new business development efforts through the identification of new leads, involvement in marketing programs, and the support of new business inquiries.

Technical Requirements: The successful candidate will work from home, have a strong internet connection 10Mbps minimum, 20 Mbps preferred and have a windows professional computer.
