***Responsibilities Include***
- Receiving inbound sales calls, making outbound calls daily.
- Screening buyer, seller leads daily
- Running comparable sales and vetting deals
- Coordination with closing attorney/closing company
- Data entry into Excel
- Reach out to both investors and cash buyers daily to build relationships.
- Being reliable, responsible
