All round virtual assistant with online marketing and 3+ years WP experience

In a nutshell: Im looking for a tech savy VA who can help me build and grow my business and makes my life easier. You will get multiple projects every week to finish. It are not only wordpress projects, see bottom of page for more details.

ABOUT YOU
U only may apply when u have 3+ years Wordpress experience.
U have some graphic design experience, means u can create a great WP site and customize it
U can learn new systems very fast,
U are online everyday at least 8 hours per day via skype.
U Respond very fast on messages on skype.
Ur ---------- skills should be very good and
U should have stable internet connection with a microphone and webcam.
U will work in a non english environment so u must be able to use google translate to understand the context. Start your application letter with "i really want this job" translated in dutch
U can follow directions
U have eye for details

If you have 2+ years WP experience u should know all the basic stuff so i wont list here all systems u should know and use. I expect that you know most common tools.

PAY PER HOUR AND PER PROJECT
Will get 480 USD/ month pay based on full time work. Means if u work less u will get paid less. Per hour it is 4 USD.
Payment will be based per project or per hour. Means some projects I give to u will be payed when u finish them, others will be payed per hour.
To get a payment u will need to generate a simple invoice for me, via this tool ----------

HOURS
You will need to work 40 hours per week, u can work from monday - sunday (MY TIMEZONE). Worked time will be tracked with a tool u need to install.

NON NEGOTIONAL
- U wont work for other companies, I will be ur primary and only client
- I only explain stuff once, if you arent organized and dont make notes we will end relationship
- U will work in my timezone, Im based in Western Europe
