Customer Service Assistant

- To service customers in terms of processing of customer orders, issuance of invoices and Credit Memo's, adjustment claims, information as to product availability, pricing, product options, coordinating deliveries and relevant documentation of customers orders through SAP system.
- To coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Finance on issues relevant to servicing the customer and support sales plans and marketing strategies.
- To ensure central coordination with internal departments to timely resolve customer's complaints and inquiries, and facilitates professional, effective and long-term problem solution.
