Are you an Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop Guru? Need long term partner to make shirt designs.

Ideally, I would like you to make between 3 and 5 shirt designs a day, about 100 php per design. In the future, I may need to hire another designer to do the same.

Your task will be pretty basic, I will send you ideas of t-shirts I want to make, you take the idea and make them even better and unique. For example, I might send you a link of a already existing tshirt and I would need a shirt graphic inspired by it and made even better and unique.

This is a long-term position needed.

What I don't want: I cannot have you gathering graphics or shirt designs from the internet and turning them in to me. You may use shirts around the internet as inspiration, but you cannot straight copy them. The designs you turn in must be unique. You will also have some freedom to give me your own unique designs not inspired by things I have given you.
