Home Based Tutor

Job Summary:
? To conduct 1-to-1 English classes for 25 mins to learners (K-12) from China. The tutors will work from home, follow their shifts on the class table, teach online with provided materials, and submit class remarks after finishing every lesson.
? A competitive package is offered to the qualified candidates depending on their overall teaching ability, lesson performance and educational background.

Work flow:
?Update teaching schedule once every two weeks.
? Clock-in and prepare your classes.
? Conduct online video sessions.
? Give corrections and instructions to students.
?Write notes to students performances after every class
?Keep updated and adhere to company rules and policies

Salary:
? Hourly rate / class rate (negotiable)
?CB: 10% - 20% Class Completion Bonus
?EB: trial class enrolment bonus (high bonus)
?PAB: perfect attendance bonus
?Salary paid thru Paypal

Strict requirements:
?A clean and quiet place.
? A stable internet with a minimum of 2mbps dedicated bandwidth.
? E.g. If you are using an 8mbps home DSL, connect it to your PC/MAC with cable, and do not share it with others.
?Stable electric power in the area
?A high-definition microphone and headset (with noise cancellation is preferred)
? An HD video camera

Qualifications:
?Able to imitate American/British accent
?With good English ability both speaking and writing
?With a passion for teaching English
?Patient with young learners
?Eager to learn
?Able to work in evening time (6PM 11 PM) and weekends (Sat Sun)
