Cold Caller For Real Estate Company

We are looking for one good Virtual Assistant to manage seller leads. Phone call experience, Customer Relationship, Engaging prospects and closing leads is important. Previous work in Real Estate is a plus.

Duties:
- Cold Call home sellers to determine if they will sell on terms
- Pre-screen our seller leads by listening to phone messages of incoming leads
-Pays attention to detail (Reply with the color purple)
- Follow up leads to obtain additional information about the property
- Determine the Preliminary Offer to make to the seller
- Call the seller and verbally make the initial offer
- Bonus paid for each lead closed
