Who Are We?
Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our own brands. Our main brand is in the gym and fitness category.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a multi-channel specialist, who is awesome like us, to join the team. He/she will be working full-time for 40 hours a week on a semi-flexible schedule, under a time tracker, and must have expertise in at least two of the following channels (and the willingness to learn about and/or improve on the remaining ones):
-Amazon
-eBay
-Walmart
-Rakuten
-Sears
-Jet
etc.
He/She must also have the following:
-Experience with at least two of the mentioned sales channels;
-Experience with any multi-channel fulfillment software;
-Expertise with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets;
-Great attention to detail;
-Willingness to learn new things;
-Good researching skills;
-Stable Internet connection (Having a backup is a plus!)
-A reliable laptop (Having a backup is a plus!)
-Headphones/earphones (For when we have meetings)
What would the tasks be?
-Setting up the company’s new sales channels (eBay, Walmart, Rakuten, Sears, Jet, etc.);
-Integrating our sales channels to the company’s chosen multi-channel fulfillment software;
-Adding products to each of our channels;
-Ensuring that we have accurate and consistent/uniform information (product titles, bullet points, images, etc.) displayed across all platforms;
-Making sure that all information are up-to-date;
-Identifying and testing new sales channels;
-Contacting Amazon when there are changes made by them, to revert everything back to normal;
-Setting processes in place in the department.
