Requirements for This Position:

1. Reliable high-speed Internet connection and your own computer.

7. You must have a portfolio of graphic design work to show us.
8. You must be able to do website layout design in PSD and work with our guidelines.
9. Be willing to send daily updates of tasks completed and projects you are currently working on.
10. Be available each working day during the USA Pacific Time Zone (GMT-8) of 3:00pm to 11:00pm PST (7am-3pm Manila)

It's okay if you are brand new in the design world or if you have been a designer for many years -- the #1 MOST important criteria for this position is your PORTFOLIO OF WORK. We are NOT looking for just anyone, we are looking for a FANTASTIC designer with a VERY good and creative portfolio of work.

#2. Close second is dependability. We are looking for someone LONG-TERM and wants a stable job for many years to come. As we said earlier, our team members have been with us many years. They LOVE their work, they LOVE being members of our team and they LOVE the way we treat and respect them. They feel this is their "dream job and they never want to leave."

We hire long-term and pay very well, but if you disappear or "flake out" on us, you are not a good fit. You have to be a professional, take responsibility for your work and treat this position as a job you want to keep and do very well with.

ALSO: If you have experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier, Apple FinalCut or some other motion graphics program to create videos, that is a bonus. And if you have other skills with software or platforms not listed above, let us know.
