We have a Cold Calling / Appointment Setter Vacancy With Immediate Start.

OnizuMedia is a fast-growing full service Digital Marketing Agency based in the UK, that specialises in Online Reputation Marketing. We help local business owners all over the world to grow their companies by increasing their online reputation and exposure. We then then leverage this increased awareness it to get them more targeted customers, dominate their local market space and crush their competition.

You must have at least 2 years’ experience in appointment setting either working from home or in a call room. We have a SOLID and proven sales system that is script based and we offer an excellent commission on appointments set as well a base hourly rate. We have an unlimited supply of leads supplied by our dedicated lead generators that you will work directly with as part of our (initial front end) sales team.

What we expect:
• Be RUTHLESS about hitting and exceeding goals – Specifically related to calls per day, appointments set per week, and sales closed from set appointments
• Call into accounts from targeted lists and qualify leads – Like a Boss!
• Work within the confines of shifting calendars and schedules
• Work with existing marketing and sales team to help creative effective campaigns that will generate qualified leads
• Be able to clearly demonstrate company/product value to prospects
• Report on KPI’s daily and weekly
• Log all communication in CRM - “If it’s not in our CRM, it didn’t happen”
• Show interest and gain understanding of our target markets, verticals, and specific location terminology

Phone Functions:
• Calling Interested Prospects to set appointments for sales team
• Cold Calling Businesses to gauge interest in our products we offer
• Schedule Appointments via Phone and Email
• Data and Spreadsheet Management
• Communicating with Sales Team via Email and Slack
• Organizing Google Docs and Microsoft Office Docs

Requirements:
• Internet Connection for VOIP calling
• USB Headset
• Computer
• Computer skills
• (optional) ---------- for weekly team Skype meetings

What you’ll bring:
• 2+ years of telemarketing experience
• Prior experience working in customer service role preferred
• Experience working with phone dialer and CRM’s (PowerDialer and Salesforce a plus!)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English/grammer)
• Proven track record of exceeding objectives and goals
• A self-driven, ambitious, and professional attitude
• Ability to effectively follow a script, take feedback and be coached as needed

(This can translate to a $48K usd per year salary if goals are met!)

Compensation and Benefits:
The Appointment Setter will start out making $5 an hour with opportunities for raises every year. Initially, the position will be part-time—10 hours per week whilst you in the probation period.

The Appointment Setter will work as an Independent Contractor, and not an employee. Hours can be determined on a week-by-week basis and there is not a need to “clock-in and clock-out” on a daily basis. All of the work can be done remotely by logging in to our online virtual dashboard. Appointment Setter must have their own reliable Internet connection and computer.
