JOB DESCRIPTION
Reviews and monitors assigned accounts under Remedial Management Unit (RMU-Legal Team).
Performs collection follow up for matured accounts and supplement it with reports.
Assists in the following activities:
Preparation of legal filing.
Submission of legal motions, affidavits, and other legal documents to be submitted to MeTC court.
Initiates external contact with client and perform advanced loss prevention activities (I.e account settlement).
Performs other duties to be assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree of any Business courses.
2 years experience in Credit and Collection Department.
Able to make great business decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
