Need a Full Time Employee

Hello,

My name is Radu and I am from Romania. I am looking to hire somebody to work for me full time - at least 6 hours a day that is. You'll have the job for at least 3 months and then we'll re-evaluate.

The payment will be made weekly via Paypal. The starting wage is $1.8/hour but if you are good and as the company you will be working for will grow, there will be bonuses/ salary increases.

While you work I will like you to be connected on Skype all the time. This way if I need something from you to be done FAST, I can easily contact you.

I will be using a tool called Time Doctor to keep track of the hours you will be working. You will have to sign up for it too - don't worry I will pay for your account.

I will be using it to keep track of what you will be doing. I will need you to log the hours you're working in the tool. It will also take screenshots of what you are doing every 10 minutes when you are billing the hours.

You will be working on several projects for me, ranging from writing articles, to building links, to some data entry jobs and to building Wordpress websites and graphics.

I will give you extensive details for every project I will like you to do. Communication will be done via Skype and email. I will need a report at the end of each day from you to let me know exactly what you have done during the day.

The work week is Monday-Friday, weekends are free.

I will need you to sign a non-disclosure/non-compete contract just to make sure you will not leak any information about my business.

I am strongly considering you as a possible employee.



1). Tell me about your previous work experience with Wordpress websites and SEO

2). I will be teaching you every aspect of my business and how to do it. I need you to be eager to work for me and excited! You will be building cool websites (that's what I need the Wordpress experience), you will be selling stuff on Fiverr, you will possibly be writing articles for some of my websites, you will manage Wordpress websites AND build backlinks for them.
