Customer Service - B2B - USA Voice Process - Night Shift

Our company sells wholesale B2B of high tech promotional items like usb flash drives. We are looking for professional customer service professionals who are highly self-motivated and goal oriented for a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

Customer Service via phone, email and chat

Email management
Receiving Inbound customer calls
Handling inbound emails from customers
Handling inbound chats from customers
Developing and improving processes, procedures, and training for the team.
Preparing and sending quotations to customers
Processing orders
Order follow up
Invoice Payment Follow Up
Running reports and providing team feedback
Monitoring performance metrics to report to management.

We are US-based and we currently employ many talented individuals across India. We have been in operation since 1993.

You will need very fast internet speeds including upload speed of 2mbps or better and download speeds of at least 4Mbps or better, 8-hour power back up, fast computer, high-quality noise-canceling headset, reliable internet, and a working webcam.
