There are over 200,000 locations across 185+ countries around the globe. Zumba launched its fitness apparel line in 2008. The fashion line is designed with the Zumba lover in mind, featuring outstanding quality, bold designs and flattering silhouettes. We are just starting to ramp up business on Amazon with our apparel line, so there is great growth potential. Our company is in need of a full time Amazon Expert to join our team. This person will help us service our business on Amazon by listing new collections, managing detail page images and copy, customer service emails, keyword research and optimization, and other needs that may arise.

Required skills:

• Replenishment management
• Competitor and keyword research
• Email management and customer service
• Minor graphic design and editing
• Attention to detail
• Takes initiative to communicate issues or updates on Amazon
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time
• Ethical and trustworthy
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks quickly
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Drive, Asana
• Strong excel experience and working with data
• Prior experience working in Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Seller Central is a plus

What you will do to start:
• Listing new collection data on Amazon
• Updating replenishment status of orders
• Initiating Contact Us or Seller Support requests to enhance product detail pages
• Creating images with sales attributes

Required Office Equipment:
• Computer with Microsoft Office
• Webcam & Speakers
• High Speed Internet Connection
• Adobe or Photoshop or equivalent

Other Job Details:
• Position Type: Full time, 40 hours per week (includes 1 – 2 live chat sessions per week, if needed)
• Monthly Salary: $350/month plus bonuses and 13th month payment
• Start Date: Immediately
• Job Duration: Permanent Monday-Friday (6 months + indefinite renewal options)
• Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 6AM - 3PM PHT (Philippines Time Zone)
