Graphic Designer

Hey, how are you doing. I'm looking for a designer to create me multiple designs for shirts. I'd like to create 10 different designs that are similar to the designs attached below. I don't want a complete replica, but these are a basis to go off of to help with the creativity. The sooner the better and would like to pay between $1.70-$2 no more than $4 for each design!
