We are developing several joint ventures and digital marketing projects, and we want to hand off growth and management to several Digital Marketing Entrepreneurs (current or aspiring) to take ownership, assume accountability, and embrace revenue-generating efforts for these projects.

In addition to your base salary, you will ultimately earn a percentage of revenue and/or profits you generate!

Our CEO is a huge believer in “sharing the wealth” and is passionate about empowering entrepreneurial minded people to reach their full potential.


REQUIREMENTS

As a first step (in addition to the other requirements we are seeking) - you must meet the following requirements before you go any further.

If you do not, please respect your and our valuable time, as this won’t be an ideal fit.

1. You operate from a place of integrity in all areas of your life, business, and relationships.
2. You have a burning desire to succeed and will do whatever it takes to achieve true financial freedom.
3. You have at least 5 years experience as an Account Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or executive role in which you managed clients, and were expected to help generate revenue for your clients.
4. Although you will enjoy the security of a base salary and a tremendous amount of support, you are willing to take a calculated risk to elevate your career to the next level, and to skyrocket your earnings.

1. Full support and direct reporting to our company CEO, a strategic digital marketing expert with 11 years experience in online marketing and 25 years experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
2. Access to our full-time (Filipino) staff, i.e. Project Manager, Web Designers, Web Developers, and Virtual Assistants.
3. Marketing Automation Platform: We own a powerful multi-channel platform that leverages voice, email, text, and social marketing modules to generate leads and sales.
4. Infrastructure: Hosting, marketing tools, tracking systems, automation/productivity tools, and project management resources.
5. Capital for advertising, technology, tools, and anything else required to grow revenue.
6. An enormous (and ever-growing) archive of courses, tutorials, interactive tools, and more to help you continuously up your game and maximize your success.


YOUR ROLE

Your role a Digital Marketing Entrepreneur will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:

• Work with CEO to fine-tune and finalize your strategy and execution plan.
- Work with our Project Manager to implement your plan.
- Recruit, screen, and manage additional staff as necessary to support your plan.
- Track, measure, and continuously improve your results based on your plan.
- Interact and own client and partner relationships in both verbal and written formats.
- Passionately embrace your role of generating, growing, and sustaining revenue!


DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERTISE

You won’t be expected to be an expert in every single digital marketing discipline (since that’s impossible), and per above you will have plenty of support.

However, you must understand the digital marketing landscape enough to incorporate such disciplines into your plan, as well as delegate and manage those that fall outside of your core expertise as necessary, e.g.:

- Sales Funnels: Creation, Management, Optimization
- Traffic & Lead Generation: SEM, SEO
- Email Marketing: Listbuilding, Segmentation, Content, Optimization
- Social Media Marketing: Engagement, Content, Optimization, Paid Campaigns
- Authority: Influencer Marketing, LinkedIn, PR
- Channel Development: Recruiting/Managing Resellers, Affiliates & JV Partners
- Content: Creation, Direct Response Copywriting, Content Marketing
- Optimization: Leveraging Analytics, Split Testing, Conversion Optimization
