Real Estate Researcher and Analyst

Your role will be to assist us in finding and researching commercial properties that we can convert into residential apartments.

You will research commercial properties that have been advertised for sale on property portals and real estate agent web sites that have been chosen by us. You will then apply an easy-to-use analytical excel spreadsheet template to help us identify suitable building projects.

Next, you will research and analyse residential apartments within 1/4 mile of the identified building using ---------- and the excel spreadsheet template.

Finally, you will record and submit the researched properties via email.

Good computer and internet skills, patience, attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this important role.
