The opportunity to work for a global Christian menswear brand.
You will be required to provide high quality customer satisfaction with all online and social media enquiries. To ensure that all customer service processes are followed to a high standard.
Job requires, but not limited to the following:
- Manage live chat operational hours and ensure peak times are covered for live chat online service.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Manage sales orders, returns, credits and faulties.
- Be up to date with all customer enquiries throughout all social channels including
