Real Estate Investor Intern/Marketing

This is a commission based position with an extremely high earning potential. For every property we close that you were the originator on, we will provide a $100-$200 commission based on the value of the property.

We are a Colorado-based company with a large online presence and local recognition . We are doing business with Real Estate investors all over the U.S. Our primary service we offer involves buying homes to invest in that are unwanted products in the market.

Position details:
Cold calling potential clients from a list we provide, who may be in need of selling their home. (you may also be required to farm for contact information).

You will be expected to make a minimum of 400 phone calls a day.

Every property we close on gets you either a $100 or $200 check. We currently have Interns earning commissions totaling over $2000 per month!

All you have to do is make the calls, ask a few questions to gauge interest and get some property information then send any interested customers and their info over to our Sales department. They will handle the rest of the sales and closing process.
