HTML/CSS Layout Designer / Web Designer

I have a full-time developer who takes care of the scripting and am now looking for someone we could use to deal with the visual side of the design.

It's not going to be a full-time job, but we do have a lot of things we need help with.

You must be good at:
— HTML5
— CSS3
— Javascript / Jquery
— Bootstrap
— responsive design
— cross-browser design
— DIV-based design

Basically, you want to add 3 tabs to the top of the existing form (htmldev1), and move the delete button higher up. Make sure the three tabs fit inside the rectangle with the rounded corners.

Simply add a mutually exclusive orange highlight for the 3 tabs.

Country selector is a clickable checkbox label.

Question mark icon should trigger a js alert, "Hello World"

Send the prototype as a ZIP archive containing the HTML, CSS, and images to ---------- assignment will show me that you can 1) code; 2) recreate an existing design by looking at the original image; 3) take instructions about creating something that had not been created yet.
