YouTube Video Marketing and Google Video Marketing

I need someone who has a LOT of experience when it comes to ranking videos and NOT just ranking them in YouTube because they are already ranked #1 in YouTube BUT we need them ranked top 5 in Google. This job is only for someone who has the experience and knowledge to get results and get videos to the top 5 in Google.
