Wordpress

I have a one time job and one site recreation of what the site previously once was with a few inner pages and should take 2-3 days to complete. Url's need to be structured(plugin) and all details kept the same as the old site used to be. This is not a job for a new wordpress person who does NOT have much experience since they will not know how to do a lot of things to edit the theme and plugins and tweeking the site.
