WEBSITE PROGRAMMER

I am looking for a talented website programmer who can do a great job in creating the functionality and "all" the same features of PrankDial.com and Prankowl.com. I have a web designer, SEO and graphic artists on the team already, I just need someone on the back end. Please take a look at the two websites before applying and let me know if you can create the functionality of this site.
