We are a property sourcing business based in London UK and we need a virtual assistant who has experience in real estate (property.

In our property sourcing business we find buyers and sellers, go through a form with both parties to get to know more about their property, do the comparables and make the seller the offer if they agree then we also make sure that the buyers agree and when they both do we close the deal there's so much more that goes into what we do in our business but the part we need you to focus on will be down below.

- data entry
- intense research
- personal assistant
- find sellers on websites that are online
- find cash buyers database
- speak to both sellers and buyers and go through a form with them which will be provided by us
- record all sellers and buyers with name address email contact number etc
- do the comparables and know how to use rightmove etc to find the market value of a property
- calculate BMV offer and present this to seller and buyer
- manage social media platforms that we are using

At the moment we source properties below market value.

We will walk you through all steps and train you.
There will be tasks that fits with this job description that will be handed out daily and we expect who we hire to be in contact with us at all times that you work so any questions and updates feedbacks can be dealt with, however we will also be giving a little practise test to you before we hire just to see if you can do the job and how well it was done.
Someone that is organised and meets deadlines all the time is who we will be really looking to hire with consistency.

It would be great if you have had experience in talking to sellers and buyers or worked in a real estate company etc.

We are genuine and hardworking people and our goal is to source about 3 to 4 properties a week, reach to other ventures in property also not just sourcing, we want to aim to build our portfolio with endless buyers and sellers who are MOTIVATED so that will mean digging to find those who put their house up for sell for more than a month or 2 or more and no one is buying it those are the type of people that we are looking for so our top priority goal is to build our clientele of serious buyers and sellers!
