Love Working With International, Smalll Business Owners? Hong Kong Startup Needs You

Are you a friendly and talkative person who enjoys using creative thinking and flexibility in a growing corporate services company based in Hong Kong?

We are a blog about international business from Asia and have a corporate services division (company setup, taxes, virtual address) and need a full time lead generation, sales, and customer service (I know, quite a few responsibilities - we’re a startup remember!?)

We have an online team working on the blog, and prt time person on the customer service, but are ready to invest in someone (you?) for a full time position dedicated to the corporate services department.

Many of our staff have worked with us for years - and we are seeking a long term job here. We will do a 1 month probation period and then have a step by step pay increase (see later in this job post).

##About The Job Role

We want someone who enjoys talking to customers and working with business owners from around the world. We have someone on the team already doing the client services and part of your job will be working with her (Jessa, she is also in Philippines working online).

Using Asana for task management, Slack for team communication, Wechat / Whatsapp for some customer chats, Helpscout for emails for customers, Google docs for file sharing. Let us know if you ahve experience with these tools or not.

But we don’t think that is enough time for full time position, and we want you to be working on this full time. So the other part will be lead generation. We will also have live chat on the website, so that you can engage with customers there in real time.

##Compensation

This is a full time position, working online. We do not have a company in Philippines, so we will be paying you by Paypal or International bank transfer to your BPI bank twice a month. The first month is a probation period with a starting monthly compensation of $300usd. Once the first month is over we will review and if both parties are satisfied with the work (you enjoy the work, and we work well together) we will increase it to $400usd with a bonus/commission structure in place for client on boarding.

I’m business partner in this business, based in China, Hong Kong, and Thailand most of the time, I come to Philippines 1 - 2 times a year for workshops and also team retreats so we can meet there.
