I am an Italians Java software developper and I am looking for find a job in Germany on my working field. I need you in order to do the following research:

-Working condictions details
-Find the most suitbale German CV model
-Find 2-3 private agencies that can help IT Europeans workers to find job in Germany
-Find if there is a Italian private agency can help IT workers to find job in Germany
