The Harbour Marketing Group is seeking Real Estate Virtual Assistants to join their dynamic team in assisting our fast growing clients with their Administrative needs. This role involves being familiar or having prior experience in the Real Estate industry in the USA. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills is a requirement of this role. Administrative duties range from data entry, customer relationship management, email management, content creation, social media management, creative services, project management, research, payroll/bookkeeping, & more.

Qualifications:

Previous work experience as a Virtual Assistant in the United States an asset

Experience using MLS and FMLS an asset

Prior experience managing Social Media Platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

Bachelors Degree in related discipline

Quiet work area

High quality internet connection

Experience using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook

Typing Speed of 40-50+ WPM

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills

Excellent work ethic and willingness to learn

Must be a Filipino citizen
