JOB OVERVIEW

Hello we are ---------- Which is a printing company that does Direct Mail marketing for clients in the insurance and Financial planning industry. Ideally we would love a virtual assistant that has experience working for either a direct mail company or Insurance business with brief knowledge of how the business works.
Must be able to work full time US hours 9-5 Eastern time.

** PERFECT ENGLISH is an absolute necessity
** Stable and consistent Wifi Connection

Must be detail oriented person that will make sure they double check their work.
The following skills are needed:
- Ability to markup PDFS
- Send Good Emails
- Adapt quickly to new jobs and instructions
- Speak clearly to clients that may need their assitance
- Administrative tasks like Excel, Powerpoint, PDFS, Emails, Running List counts.
- Customer service background and experience.
- Would be ideal if had experience working around Insurance sales or Financial Professionals
- Using CRM systems like Podio.
