JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a VP of Client Service Operations who will help the company provide all services delivered to all Customers and Clients by using the best practices found in Mike Mann’s book Make Millions and Make Change, Best Practices Guide and by keeping in mind the 2013 Business Model for all the companies under Mike Mann, which includes ProHR.com LLC.



ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to the following:

Provide all services delivered to all customers at all layer and works with heads of other teams in the natural symbiotic flow of businesses, following best practices and business plans. This also brings coordination among departments.

Works only with paid clients under contract, delivering the very best quality services, exclusively within company’s service suite. Do not deal with leads and do not do upselling, cross-selling or reselling.

VP of Client Service Operations should communicate and share with other leadership extensively, reaching consensus to dynamically optimize overall day to day operations for the interests of stakeholders; mainly working together on best practices research, customer service, and any decent profit-seeking initiatives.

Ensure client satisfaction with an organization’s product or service. They are often the primary point of contact for a client or customer.

VP tasks include directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of clients’ requests and inquiries

The VP may also streamline business operations, provide services by doing product training to clients, discuss technical aspects and also with marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS

Has extensive experience in online sales and internet marketing;

Sales training is a plus;

A graduate of any Business Management and Sales Marketing is a plus;

MUST have Excellent ENGLISH WRITTEN and VERBAL communication skills;

Has solid background in client relations (at least 1 year experience online);

Possess confidence in interfacing with clients;

Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills;

Ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities;

Someone who is enthusiastic and has a positive attitude;

Demonstrated proficiency with web-based tools and Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Project Management, Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.;

Ability to effectively communicate with senior management, supervisors, peers, and clients internally and externally;

Knows how to handle working in a high-pressure environment;

Meeting deadlines is strictly a requirement (ability to work with tight deadlines);

Technologically adept and has the initiative to learn new skills;
