Outbound Customer Service Representatives

• Make outgoing calls to clients.
• Informs and sell about new products and services.
• Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients
• Maintain record of client contact information
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Generate more leads

Candidate must have 1 year Outbound sales/call center experience
Strong ability to develop relationships over the phone
Must be able to generate new sales and has a positive attitude
Proficient in basic computer applications
Good knowledge in customer service principle
Good data entry skills
Must be amenable to work in shifting schedule
Excellent English Communication skills
Willing to work in Marikina Riverbanks
