Genius Ajax, PHP, Web designer needed for fun Twitter clone project

I’m looking for someone that can help me customize a few areas of a micro-blogging twitter clone website/script.

My goal is to have these changes made to the script/software and fully tested and the site ready to go live in 3 weeks. This allows two weeks for the modification, redesign, and testing.

You will need to show me some of your previous work and validate you can easily get in there and make the code changes.

The design aspects of this project are really important. We will need to achieve that new fresh yet simple design elements found on the following sites:

I have the list of changes however before we go down that road, be sure to visit these vendors sites above. Check the back end code and data information and be clear that you will be conformable, familiar, and confidant with getting in there and making the changes. Basicity, the format will remain 95% the same as the template script, so it shouldn't be too hard to do, but you will need to be sure you’re the right person for the job.

The future:
I have four more projects much like this to follow, so if you kick some butt with this one and we can seamlessly get it all functioning perfectly you will be employed not only to maintain this site but cary out the other projects as well.
