JOB OVERVIEW

Stonecutter is a New York based company with the goal of building brands as major players on Amazon Seller Central. We service businesses by efficiently building, operating, and maintaining storefront on Amazon. We are looking to add a Virtual Assistant to our team that will help us in the managing of our accounts - everything from account creation & maintenance, to optimization and marketing.

What will you get to do?
---Assist us in managing several Amazon Seller Central Storefronts.

This includes the following tasks:
---Data Entry
---Fix Amazon listing matching errors
---Group broken listings together
---Update incorrect information in seller central
---Upload and edit listings to Amazon via a flat file
---Research
---Communicate with Seller Central Support.
---Collaborate with clients to execute shipping plans and FBA inventory issues and tasks.

What makes you perfect for this position?
---EXTREMELY Proficient in Microsoft Excel
---Stable internet connection is a must.
---We are an East Coast company, located in New York City, so your hours must be flexible to work between 9AM EST and 3PM EST. If those hours do not work for you then you need not apply.
---Preferably a college graduate.
---Looking for a dedicated, smart, and goal oriented VA to join our team with good work ethics that is willing to take on big challenges that comes with the job.
---We need someone who can follow directions, have keen eye to details,have the initiative, and can work unsupervised.
