We are looking for an exceptional Virtual Assistant to join our team. The main attributes that are essential for our team members are resilience and being outcome focused.

The role will be challenging so it requires somebody who shows the willingness to push themselves even when things are tough to reach the outcomes.

You must have a growth mindset, and can look beyond challenges to creates solutions. We require somebody who can manage themselves and motivate others, and are able to work on a diverse range of tasks, and have a flexible approach to each day.

The requirements for the role include a stable internet connection, a reliable laptop or desktop computer with fully functioning video and microphone. It is very important that our Virtual Assistant is 100% fluent in English, verbal and written, and is able to adapt to formal and informal communication styles.


The duties of our new Virtual Assistant will include, but not limited to, customer service using specialised software, managing Facebook page, managing service level agreements and key performance indicators, creating reports of deliverables to present to team, and personal assistant tasks to support management.
