Real Estate Office Assistant / Marketing / VA

We are a small real estate firm located in the US, part of our business is property management and real estate transaction.

You can see some of the skills we would consider, but don't worry we don't expect anyone to have all of them. We are looking for a dedicated virtual assistant beginning as part time 3 to 4 hours a day and gradually moving toward a full time depends on the individual .

You are a quick learner and work well without constant supervision.You are efficient and productive. You speak and write English well, and are available to work. We are based in USA and work 1pm-5pm (Central Time).

You’ll be keeping an eye on project tasks each day to see that we haven’t forgotten anything and keeping things on schedule. You will keep an eye also on social media marketing for our growing business. I need a pro-active self starter, someone who will learn quickly and then be working a little bit ahead of us, making sure we haven’t forgotten anything in advance. It is not a high pressure environment, rather you need to be organised.
