Leads and sale generation

I am in the process of setting up 2 businesses. The first one is a service-based online interior design business with an existing website. The second is an art and gift sales business which I am in the process if developing. I need to concentrate on getting the products set up and therefore I need help with the sales and marketing of both businesses.

I need someone who is competent at leads generation and sales who can help me promote my business. I need someone who will give me ideas and manage this process. Proven track record is essential with real examples. I need someone with real experience and NOT looking to grow somebody in this role. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO LEADS GENERATION AND SALES EXPERIENCE!

I need to set up an online store - most likely using Shopify. Shopify skills will be useful. I also need to make my Instagram 'shopable' which I haven't managed to do yet. I need someone who is tech savvy with extensive social media experience.
