Award winning Design Agency in Melbourne Australia is looking for Designer with Strong HTML and CSS Experience to work directly with us and our clients to achieve a range of different design projects.

Our clients range from Renowned Australian Gluten Free Wholefood Chefs to Retail IT Chains, and everything in between. We’ve got plenty of exciting and different projects to keep you busy and utilise your skills.

We are a technology-forward business and knowledge of cloud-based IT business systems (especially Google Apps for Work/G Suite) etc. is essential for you to be considered. We are geeks and expect you to be one of us! We are seeking a full-time Designer to be part of our growing team and earn a healthy base salary plus generous commissions.

We have a number of team members who work from home in the Philippines team.


Key responsibilities will Be:
Managing and completing a suite of different design requests from our customers
Engaging and talking to our customers to flesh out their requirements
Designing and Building Websites, eCommerce Stores, Landing Pages, Advertising Art, Logo’s, Business Cards etc according to their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Continuously improve through feedback.

Tools you'll be using daily are:
Gmail for Business (G Suite)
ActiveInbox
Trello
Google Sheets

Qualifications:
- Experience working with small business owners and employees
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Well-organized and detail oriented - we expect professionalism
- Flexible and willing to work on tasks assigned to him / her

It will be extremely advantageous for you to have an interest and experience in:
- Working in the cloud (i.e. working in the browser) and how that is changing business
- Small businesses (i.e. up 1-30 employees)
- Google Technology (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive etc.)


The current role will be full-time primarily during Australian business hours (however we allow flexible work) and we are looking to build a relationship with someone who can help our business succeed over a long term.
