Wordpress Developer: Sites Creation and Tweaking

Hello dear webmasters

I'm looking for an employee to our team, whose working tasks will be creating wordpress sites.

Job description: installing wp, uploading content (content is ready), tweaking wp theme in needed way.
In between there may be some other tasks in seo field.

Need to be a real expert in wordpress, php, css, on-site SEO.
