Base pay is $0.40 cents per hour or $16 per week. Paid out every 2-4 weeks.

If Virtual assistant hits 100 accounts per day or 500 accounts per week an additional bonus of $0.40 per hour will be given = $0.80 per hour. If Virtual assistant hits 150 accounts per day or 750 accounts per week an additional bonus of $0.60 per hour will given = $1.00 per hour. If Virtual assistant hits 200 accounts per day or 1000 accounts per week an additional bonus of $0.80 per hour will given = $1.20 per hour.

If Virtual Assistant can hit these milestones then a maximum of up to $2.00 per hour OR $80 will be paid out per week including bonuses. We will only pay for up to 40 hours and nothing else. If Virtual Assistant wants to work overtime, he or she can do so on their own accord.
