Video and Youtube marketing expert

Looking for someone that is reliable, honest, ethical, and knows how to get traffic from Youtube videos.

We'd like someone to edit snippets of the videos that we have and post them on Youtube and various video websites. The goal is to get as much free targeted traffic as possible. You must have some video editing skills and also understand how to get traffic from Youtube.

We're looking for someone to work part time or on a contract basis.
