Home-based Virtual Personal Assistant

Job Overview:

You will be the Virtual Personal Assistant of a 31 year old Swedish man who lives in Japan, he will also be your employer.

You will be working on social media management, using your creativity to create content, and managing the growth of the social media.

You will also be responsible for communicating with suppliers and customers in the US market through emails.

Essential Functions:

Schedule and create content for social media accounts.
Marketing products in order to build a demand.
Respond to business emails professionally.
Must learn and perform tasks required.
Product research.
Assist customers in all aspects of service fulfillment.
Better than average computer skills.

Requirements:

At least 1 year job experience.
Willing to learn new skills.
PC Computer running Windows.
Good computer skills.
Fast and Stable internet connection.
College graduate in any Business related course(e.g Marketing, Operations, any that apply)
Fluent in English. Both written and spoken.
Able to manage time and handle multiple tasks. Attention to detail.

Applicants with the following skills would be preferred:

Marketing.
Customer service.
Design.

Compensation:

16000 PHP/month.
First month would be a trial month with 50% pay.
Christmas bonus 100% monthly pay.
Potential for future commision based bonus, based on product research.
