PHP developer with excellent skills in HTML and CSS

A company based in Europe (UK/Lithuania) is looking for an experienced PHP developer with excellent MySQL, HTML + CSS skills. Javascript, Laravel and other frameworks would be an advantage.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in programming,
- Photoshop knowledge (PSD to HTML),
- Good English writing and speaking skills,
- Must be a hard-worker, willing to learn,
- Working hours 2 pm-10 pm (Manila time),
- Must be able to work from Monday - Friday.
