Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a superstar quality assurance specialist that pays great attention to detail and has the perseverance to ensure that the quality of our software is perfect before shipping. We need someone that has passion for what LifeDNA is doing and can take the lead on making sure our new developments are functioning perfectly.

Job Duties:

-Directly responsible for the quality of our website, software, and web application.
-Conduct daily testing of the site and application on all devices to ensure that features are being build properly and that bugs are identified and dealt with.
-Document bugs and technical problems in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
-Work hand in hand with developers to ensure understanding of features, bugs and project deadlines are met
-Help eliminate software quality issues before shipping to consumer, and create specialized reports regarding software bugs
-Implement new quality assurance systems and processes
-Communicate with founders

Requirements

-At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering (computer/telecommunication), science and technology or equivalent
-Must be proficient in English - writing and speaking
-Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
-Previous experience as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist is an asset
-Able to work independently and in a team environment
-Willing to commit to tight project schedules and high software quality standards
-Self starter and can work with less supervision
-Quick learner
-Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.
