Part time Experienced Virtual Assistant Needed

Looking for a part time proactive and upbeat Virtual Assistant (with potential for full time) to work from your home for a US based company

Requirements:

• Speak mistake-free English and have superior verbal and written communications skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service (B2C)
• A home computer system and reliable high-speed internet connection
• College graduate with a minimum of 5 years work experience (with at least 3 in Customer Support)
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with common Internet software required
• VERY DETAIL ORIENTED and meticulous with the ability to work effectively, efficiently and reliably without direct monitoring (and able to follow directions)
• Open to working on a wide variety of tasks.
• LinkedIn experience required
• Shopify, Ontraport and / or Kartra skills a plus

Proactive and upbeat people required to work in a virtual team environment.

Work Schedule will be early morning Philippine time (early afternoon US Pacific) Mon - Fri. Some flexibility overall but daily consistency required as you'll be working in a team environment where others need to know when you will be working.

Position will start off with full training on how to run a specific online software in conjunction with LinkedIn accounts. Once training is completed you will be gradually assigned clients to support on a daily basis.

Additional tasks will depend on your skills and experience, some training may occur.

Position may expand to include support of other departments and projects to full time status.
