Are you a T-Shirt design genius!? Can you create original designs with text and graphics?

I'm looking for someone to work with as I build my t-shirt design business. At the beginning, it'll just be 2-3 designs every month, but once I get going, this will increase. I'm looking for simple designs to begin with. Text with small graphics. But I need someone who has some experience of designing t-shirts.
