Spanish Speaking Remote Employee for Realestate

I am looking for one real estate assistant that speaks Latino America Spanish. I does not matter if you do not have experience in real estate, I may be willing to teach you the skills. But if you have Experience with probate, skip tracing, and absentee landlords, cold calling with call rail the call tracking, recording, and analytics system, those are desirable skills.

1. 50 cent base pay bonus if you have experience with Florida realtestate.
2. I will pay you $75 referral If you know a VA with the skills am looking for.


30-40 hours/week
Pay is $2.50/hr Base Pay
+ 200/month minimum bonus, based on closed sales. This sums up to 4.25/hour for an employee working 40 hrs/week.
Bonus is based on a 2 deal per month quota after the first month of employment. Each sale equals $100 in commission, it is possible to earn as many bonus as you are driven to earn. realistically 2-5/month.
We provide sick pay, and limited paid vacation once you pass 90 day probation.
