Video Editor to edit Vlogs for YouTube

I am looking for someone, who likes to edit videos. I am a blogger, but want to start with my YouTube Channel. I want to do VLOGS, so the editing shouldn't be too hard, but I still want them to look professional. I want to do about 2-3 vlogs a week, so the job will be either part-time or freelance. The videos shouldn't be too long either, maybe 10 minutes. My passions are sports, fitness, mental health and personal development and entrepreneurship.
We will be in contact around 2-3 times a week and I am open for ideas, in case you are really creative and want to help me even with the filming ideas.
I am from Austria, so if you speak a bit German, that would be ideal, but no must!
