The objective is to re-make my current version of the software I own for CREDIT REPAIR in the US. The current working versions are coded with Visual Studio and MS .Net and they lack of a strong database and some important corporate features, such as custom letter creation wizard, data migration from previous versions, and some more advanced front-end process tracking and follow-up options.

This application processes the clients data, automating the writing of letters to the credit bureaus in the USA to correct specific clients information on the consumers credit reports. It uses MS Word to output the letters and also saves the clients information and shows a process' progress bar.

The best way to understand what the software does is by installing a working copy and following the tutorials thoroughly. I will provide a licensed copy to the coder who believes he can re-code the application so it uses an stronger database (possibly MySql) instead of XML's and improving it's look to a better Web 2.0 looking.

This software is not a WEB application. It must be a Desktop app. but certain interactivity with WEB can be a good idea. EG: The user of the professional version can be entitled to open an "online" account so it can back-up the info and/or send reports to his clients about the process evolution.
