We are on the lookout for an experienced admin and accounts all-star to support our staff and help keep us on track. Ideally, we would like to find someone that we can start out small with, and grow the role into being an integral part of our organisation.
Initial tasks:
> Creating and sending invoices in Quickbooks
> Inputting bills into Quickbooks
> Updating and maintaining accounts details in our Airtable database
> Setting up and closing off jobs in Airtable, Asana and on our DropBox server
> Helping us to set up accounts and admin processes and systems
> Updating our
> Sending artwork to print through our online systems
> Some general admin/accounts help as needed
If you've got good attention to detail, a head for numbers and enjoy working productively as part of a team - then please send through a cover letter and resume to us with "I am your All-Star" as the subject line. You would be working in conjunction with our office manager, and we would like to start someone off from 9am to 12 noon (AEST) on Mondays and Wednesdays - so we can test out whether this is a good fit for us, and a good fit for you. After a trial period, we can discuss what ongoing tasks, hours and wage would be best suited for the role.
