Summary of Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
With minimum of 3 year work experience
EXCELLLENT Communication skills
With experience in bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, accounts payables or receivables and government compliances.
With experience in MYOB or XERO is a plus
Preferably can start ASAP
Job scope:
Has direct responsibility for their field of expertise -- analysis, reporting, payroll, invoicing, accounts payables or receivables and government compliances.
Handling phone call and
Maintaining smooth and prompt communication flow with clients.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients that facilitate a great client experience.
Participating in client meetings and completing file notes.
Resolving client complaints.
Ensuring all client lodgements are up to date including income tax, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation, Payroll tax, FBT, BAS and IAS.
Ensuring the Management Report to all clients should be release monthly.
Identifying and implementing efficiency improvements for clients
Responsible to reconciles the accounts to ensure their accuracy.
Strong analytical skills to create detailed financial reports.
